Shipping Policy


IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine, our shipping providers such as LBC, PhilPost, LalaMove, Grab, etc…are providing very limited services. As such, in our desire to help you stay healthy, we have mobilized our own delivery service to serve you. We will closely coordinate with you on how we can deliver your ordered items.

As of the moment, we can only deliver in the following areas:
Makati/ CBD
Metro Manila
Quezon City

For Philippine buyers:
Cash on Delivery
Please expect delivery within 2-3 days from your date of order.
3 to 5 days for Luzon via LBC.
4 to 10 days Vizayas/ Mindanao via LBC.

Credit Card Payment
Please expect delivery within 3-4 days from your date of purchase, upon bank confirmation of your order.
3 to 5 days for Luzon via LBC.
4 to 10 days Vizayas/ Mindanao via LBC.


RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we do not accept returns if you have the following reasons:
1. Change of mind
2. Items did not meet your expectation
3. Products did not cure your illness.

We will only allow items to be returned with the following reasons:
4. if there is any error in the deliver, wrong items, wrong description, inconsistent or different from how we describe the product from our website.
5. Damaged items, damaged packaging or expired products.

To process RETURNS:
1. You should notify us within 12 hours from the time you received your orders.
2. Upon our confirmation, you must return the item via LBC, Xend Express, collecting from our account
3. Upon receiving the items, we will dispatch product/s replacement.

The return is only allowable within 7 days for local buyers. The item/s should be returned in the same condition and the same packing as it left us otherwise after inspection and the item/s are found mishandled, we will not be able to make a replacement for the returned item/s.
Return of the items is not the buyer's burden if the item/s are returned within the sellers provisions and only for reasons stated above. If correction of the erroneous delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the buyer after Mutually Agreed Closure of the Transaction.

6. For none delivery of your purchased products due to “acts of God”. We will exert all reasonable effort to deliver your purchased items.
